Dr. Daichi Kohmoto received a M.Sc. (2006) and a Ph.D. (2010) in Mathematical Science from Nagoya University. He is currently a research administrator at Kyoto University, and Chief of A2D (Analytics, Analysis and Design Team). He served in 2014 as deputy director for the Kyoto University European Center, Heidelberg Office in Germany. He also was from 2011 to 2013 a consultant in mathematical and information science for OCTOPATH Corporation – with a focus on an Industry-Academia collaboration project on acoustics -- after being a researcher at Nagoya University. From 1999 to 2003, he was a member of the astronomy club of The University of Tokyo.
Daichi Kohmoto 博士在2006年於名古屋大學的數學科學系獲得碩士學位並在2010年獲得博士學位。 目前,他服務於京都大學從事研究管理的工作並擔任A2D主任(Analytics統計),Analysis(分析)和 Design (規劃小組)。他在2014年曾擔任京都大學歐洲中心,辦公室海德堡德國副主任。他也是2011年至2013年在OCTOPATH公司數學與資訊科學顧問 - 主要負責聲學的產學合作計畫 - 是在名古屋大學擔任研究員之後的經歷。從1999年到2003年,他是東京大學天文俱樂部的一員。

Jo Dalvean looks for roles that improve the way people interact with information. She enjoys seeking, introducing and championing new technologies, systems and processes. Jo was appointed to the position of Manager, Research Analysis and Reporting at Deakin University in March 2014. She leads the Research Systems and Data team with responsibility for research performance analytics; data governance frameworks; improving access to data; and interpreting government reporting requirements. Jo currently advises Deakin University on strategies to improve international rankings. Prior to joining Deakin, Jo was Manager, Research Information Systems at Victoria University. She previously worked in technical leadership roles at The University of Melbourne, including online learning, web marketing and eResearch. Jo’s early management career was in the print, publishing and advertising industries. Jo sits on the National Board of the Australian Computer Society (ACS) and chaired the ACS National Policy and Government Relations committee from 2014 to 2015. She has served as a Domain Judge in the Australian Digital Awards (iAwards) innovation category. Jo has a degree in Mathematics and a Master of Multimedia. She is a Senior Certified Professional Member of the Australian Computer Society.

Prof. Luisa Shu-Ying Chang, Ph.D

Luisa Shu-Ying Chang is Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures at National Taiwan University. She received her B.A and M.A. from Fu Jen Catholic University, and Ph.D. in Spanish and Latin American Literature from Complutense University of Madrid. Before acting as Vice President for International Affairs, she was Deputy Dean of the College of Liberal Arts at NTU. Specializing in contemporary Spanish and Latin American literature, she has carried out research for many years in such related fields as movie and literature, travel literature, gastronomy and literature, modernist poetry, theory and practice of translation. She has also served as a Chinese-Spanish interpreter for more than 100 academic conferences and workshops. On April 21, 2016 she was nominated and elected as Correspondiente Academician of Royal Spanish Academy among other 17 international scholars.
張淑英,現任臺大外文系教授。 曾任臺大文學院副院長。西班牙馬德里大學西班牙&拉丁美洲文學博士。輔仁大學西班牙語文學系/研究所學士、碩士。學術專長領域為當代西班牙、拉丁美洲文學。近年專注文學與電影、旅行文學、飲食文學、情色文學、現代主義詩學、中西筆譯理論與實踐等研究;於國內外期刊、專書論文發表學術論文數十篇; 中西口譯近百場。 曾應邀西班牙諾貝爾文學獎塞拉基金會、巴拿馬中巴文化中心、邁阿密佛羅里達國際大學西班牙語文學系及亞洲研究中心、西班牙巴塞隆納自治大學、韓國高麗大學、日本上智大學、瓜地馬拉馬洛京大學、巴拉圭亞大文哲學院高等語文中心、阿根廷吉亞迪內里基金會專題演講,談論中西文化; 臺灣、中國與拉丁美洲魔幻寫實文學; 臺灣西班牙語研究與教學等議題。西語文學中譯有《佩德羅.巴拉莫》、《莫雷的發明》、《紙房子裡的人》、《消逝的天鵝》、《解剖師與性感帶》、《亞卡利亞之旅》、《杜瓦特家族》、以及中詩西譯《零度以上的風景》等十餘部作品。

Prof. Frank Ying serves as Dean of college of management and Vice president of International Affairs at National Taiwan Normal University. He also serves as Director for International Affairs in Taiwan Assessment and Evaluation Association. During the past years, he has traveled around the world and been a visiting scholar in different universities including Harvard University, Institut d'Études Politiques, Sciences Po Lyon, Xiamen University, Akita International University, and Tongji University. He was once a board member of Asia-Pacific Association for International Education. Lastly, he has received many research grants from the Ministry of Science and Technology and awards from National Sun Yat-sen University including Best Young Research Scholar, Award for Excellent Teaching, and Award for Outstanding Mentor. He has also received the title of Distinguished Professorship from National Taiwan Normal University since 2013.

Daniel Calto

Daniel Calto currently works with the global Research Intelligence (RI) consulting team and on special projects internationally. He joined Elsevier in 2008 as the Director of Product Management for the RI product team. He has a strong professional interest in R&D policies and their relation to economic growth, university-industry partnerships and economic development issues, R&D trends in Asia, and how the changing global research landscape is reshaping the scientific enterprise. He has spoken on these and other topics at a variety of national and international conferences. Prior to joining Elsevier, he was the Director of Research Strategy and Director of Research Administration at Columbia University.

He joined Elsevier in 2014 and was previously handling reference content on ScienceDirect for the South East Asian markets of Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines. Adam has a degree in Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.
